Dealership staff simply drop manufacturer invoices or sales PDFs into the interface, and OCR automatically extracts VINs, chassis numbers, engine numbers, model codes, and customer details, instantly creating registration cases.
How does the system handle consolidated batch invoices from the manufacturer?
When manufacturers send a single PDF covering 10, 20, or 50 vehicles, Century Vahan parses every vehicle in the batch. Instead of cloning huge files, it stores one shared invoice and links each individual chassis number to that master reference with on-demand translucent VIN highlighting.
