How does the native Tally integration work?
Century Vahan interfaces with Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 via standard XML/ODBC connectors. It reads vehicle sales vouchers, ledger hypothecation accounts, and customer details, pushing them directly into the RTO filing queue without manual data re-entry.
How does the Google Sheets automated sync work?
We provide a pre-configured Google Sheets template equipped with an embedded Google Apps Script. Dealership billing staff simply paste their API key, and every newly logged vehicle row synchronizes to Century Vahan on an automated 5-minute timer.
Can our proprietary DMS push cases via API?
Yes. Century Vahan exposes a dedicated Merchant REST API (v1) secured by merchant API keys. Your DMS or ERP can programmatically push vehicle cases (`POST /api/v1/2w/cases/upsert`), which instantly triggers server-side validation and document preparation.
